Vinyl Flooring
Vinyl flooring is supplied and installed across the UAE, in sheet or tile format, for spaces where budget and quick installation matter more than the rigidity of SPC or the design range of LVT.
Sheet or Tile, and Why That Choice Matters
Standard vinyl comes in two formats, continuous sheet or individual tiles, and the right one depends on the room, not personal preference. Sheet vinyl has fewer seams, which matters in bathrooms or kitchens where water can get into joints. Tile format is easier to repair in sections and simpler to fit around awkward room shapes, but has more seams overall.
We'll recommend the format based on the room's shape and moisture exposure during the site visit, not default to whichever is easier for us to install.

Where Vinyl Fits, and Where It Doesn't
Vinyl flooring works well in bedrooms, guest rooms, and lower-traffic residential spaces where budget matters more than maximum durability. It's also a practical choice for rental properties and quick renovations where cost and installation speed are priorities.
Vinyl sits at a different tier than SPC or LVT. It's generally more budget-friendly, but also less rigid than SPC and typically offers a narrower design range than LVT. For a busy hallway, a commercial corridor, or a room with heavy furniture movement, SPC or LVT usually holds up better over time. For a lower-traffic room where cost is the main factor, standard vinyl is often the more sensible option, not a compromise.

Vinyl is generally more budget-friendly with a narrower design range. LVT typically offers more realistic wood and stone finishes and a wider product range at a higher cost.
It varies by product and format. Sheet vinyl with fewer seams handles moisture better than the tile format in wet areas. We'll confirm the right option during the site visit.
It's better suited to lower-traffic residential spaces. For busy hallways or commercial areas, SPC or LVT typically holds up better over time.
Depends on the room. Sheet has fewer seams and suits wet areas better. Tile is easier to repair in sections and fits awkward room shapes more easily.
Generally lower per square metre than SPC or LVT. Exact cost depends on format, finish, area, and installation requirements, confirmed after a site visit.
